Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
PROCESSING and SHIPPING TIMES
We process all orders within three business days after they are placed.
For most products, we typically ship within 6-12 days. However, for special products, this period may extend to 10-20 days. With Standard and Premium Shipping, products are expected to arrive within 6-20 days of placing your order, though occasional delays may occur.
In the event of a high order volume, your order may be delayed by a few days. Please be aware of this possibility when making your purchase. If there are any significant shipping delays, we will contact you using the email or phone number provided during checkout.
Additionally, international orders may incur taxes or import duties, such as VAT, once the package reaches the destination country. Pomopet is not responsible for these charges—any incurred charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

Free Standart Shipping
We’re happy to offer tracking included worldwide FREE shipping on all orders.
Premium Shipping (Insurance)
We also offer Premium Shiping including Insurance & tracking on all orders.
No matter what happens to your shipments while in transit or upon delivery, know that you’re covered for package damage, loss, and theft on eligible orders.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?

You’ll also receive an email notification from us once your order has shipped. This email will include a carrier tracking number you can use to check on your order. It can take up to 48 hours for your tracking info to show up.
If for some reason you haven’t gotten your order in more than 21 business days, please contact us at hello@pomopet.com. We’ll look into it for you!
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We’re global! We offer free worldwide shipping.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
In the case of any significant shipping delays, especially during the holidays, we’ll contact you via email or phone number you provided during checkout.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Clearing customs and paying import taxes is the sole responsibility of the buyer/customer. pomopet cannot be held responsible for customs procedures or if taxes of any kind are charged to you upon delivery of your purchase.
